Accounts Manager

Location: Delhi/Noida

Brief Description of Role:

The Accounts Manager is responsible for providing support to the organization by leveraging their financial and accounting skills to successfully manage areas of inventory and sales related data.

Qualifications:

• 10-15 years of post-qualification experience
• M. Com and CA, ICWA (CMA).
• Must have a strong Cost systems background and have excellent analytical skills.
• Computer Literate – Strong Excel skills and the ability to use Outlook and Word
• Ability to accurately prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports

Responsibilities:

• Primary responsibility is to prepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule.
• Independent Handling of All Accounts Taxation i.e. Sale Tax, Service Tax, Income Tax, Excise.
• Independent handling of Assessment of Sale Tax, Income Tax, Excise.
• Handling of Scrutiny Cases.
• Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures.
• Analyse revenues, commissions and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on monthly basis.
• Prepare monthly account reconciliations.
• Assist with analysing financial statements on a monthly basis and report on variances.
• Assist with financial and tax audits.
• Assist with preparing tax returns and corporate reporting requirements.
• Assist with quarterly producer commission reports, analysing and correcting discrepancies.
• Assist in documentation and monitoring of internal controls.
• Independent Handling of All Accounts Taxation i.e. Sale Tax, Service Tax, Income Tax, Excise.
• Independent handling of Assessment of Sale Tax, Income Tax, Excise.
